| hSenid & Respere to Provide a Disaster Management Solution for NDRSC with ICTA |

The Information and Communication Technology Agency (ICTA) of Sri Lanka, the single apex body involved in ICT policy, direction and the implementation of the e-Sri Lanka initiative for the nation, signed up with hSenid, a leading IT solutions provider for the Public and Private Sector Organizations, and Respere, the Humanitarian Solutions company, on the 25th of March 2010 for the Deployment of the Sahana Disaster Management System for the National Disaster Relief Services Centre (NDRSC) of the Ministry of Resettlement & Disaster Relief Services.
Sahana is an Open Source Disaster Management System originally developed in Sri Lanka and used for disaster management around the world including New York, Peru, Haiti and the Philippines. |
